1. Copyright and other intellectual property rights
The original texts, specifically developed concepts, characters, story worlds, images, videos, designs and other works published on this website were conceived and created by Fotini Tzani. AI systems were used solely as tools within a creative process defined and directed by her.
The author and rights holder of these original works is Fotini Tzani, trading under the business name Sirens Studios, unless otherwise stated for the respective content. Third-party rights remain unaffected.
Reproduction, editing, distribution, communication to the public, making available to the public or any other use outside statutory limitations requires prior consent. Mandatory statutory rights of use remain unaffected.
2. AI labelling
Fotini Tzani determines and is responsible for the concept, dramaturgy, visual and acoustic design, selection, editing, assembly and final approval of the original works published on this website. The AI systems used serve as tools within this human-directed design and production process.
AI-generated or AI-manipulated images and videos are visibly labelled directly on the relevant medium. Depending on how they were actually created, labels such as “AI-generated image”, “AI-generated video”, “AI-generated and editorially edited” or “AI-assisted editing” are used. The label describes the production method used and does not affect authorship of the works determined and created by a human.
The characters and visual worlds shown in the realgirl.june project are fictional and created with AI assistance. They are presented as protagonists in a fictional contemporary story and not as a documentary depiction of real people.
3. Reservation of rights for text and data mining
Fotini Tzani expressly reserves the use of all legally protected original content published on this website for text and data mining pursuant to Section 44b(3) UrhG. The reservation applies only to the extent that Fotini Tzani is entitled to declare this reservation of use.
This applies in particular to the automated analysis of texts, images, videos, designs, specifically developed characters, story worlds and other project materials. The reservation of use is also declared in machine-readable form via the TDM Reservation Protocol, HTML metadata and HTTP headers.
Uses permitted by law that cannot be excluded by a reservation of use remain unaffected.
4. Reference to third-party brands, titles and productions
This website names titles of formats and productions on which Fotini Tzani worked in previous roles, as well as the names of the respective broadcasters, platforms and production companies.
The respective trade mark, identifier, title and other intellectual property rights remain with their respective owners. They are named solely to document Fotini Tzani’s professional work. This does not establish any current partnership, commission, endorsement or other business relationship with the rights holders named.
5. Image, video, audio and music material
The original images, videos and audio recordings published on this website were created or produced by Fotini Tzani. The associated copyright, rights of use and related rights are held by her, unless otherwise stated for the respective medium.
Music or other third-party material is published only in versions for which the necessary rights of use are available and which are labelled accordingly. Third-party rights remain unaffected.
